Martini Olive & Russet Orange

Fashion:

Nothing says Fall like Martini Olive. It's a bit like mud, but it goes with so many things. You can use it as a neutral and pair it with Red Pear or Valiant Poppy.  As you can see, it's a fairly neutral. It's actually pleasant when you see it on product, away from the swatch. I have to tell you that the swatch does nothing for me. It took me seeing it on product to fall in love with it.

Now for another bright one, and just in time for Halloween. Russet Orange is a bright orange, unlike the deeper shades of it that are popular this season. It kind of screams safety cone to me, but if you mix it with other colors, making it just an accent, it's actually really nice. 

These colors as a combination are actually quite lovely for Fall. It's all about mixing the colors in the right doses. 

Keto Journey:

In my journey with Keto 177 and Nano Glutathione, I am feeling amazing! Yes, the intermittent fasting is somewhat challenging, most especially when I don't eat that much to begin with. I am sure it will get easier. I just stay busy to keep my mind off of how hungry I am, while I create this new habit. Today is day 13. I have been keeping it closer and closer to following the Keto diet, as I phase out the things that I should not be eating while on it. I didn't weigh myself today, so I will tell you what happens with that tomorrow.

My Journey To Self Love:

I was active again in my church. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My bishop got me into a counselor to help with my issues while during the divorce and thereafter. 

It was kind of nerve racking going to a counselor because growing up, my family was not really into that. I didn't know what to think or what to expect. Plus, I did have major trust issues.

He practiced in his home, which was also kind of weird, being that I had been abused and taken advantage of by so many men. This made me really uneasy, but I wanted to break the pattern.

This man was so helpful. He gave me specific things to work on to find value in myself. He also gave me things to work on to find the right person, who would value me for who I am, who would love me, who would treat me with respect. He gave me a whole manual. It was so great that I still have it.

There was a lot of crying that went on in those sessions. There were also a lot of spiritual events that took place there. I was really tapping into my gifts at that point, being that I was at the lowest low of my life. It's funny how we often forget about our spiritual gifts in the good times, but lean on them and wish to revive them in the bad times. 

My thought process started to change and I started to view things with more clarity. My desperation was lessening and I was finding hope in the small things in life.

The biggest stress I had was related to protecting my son, who was very sick. He had pneumonia that was aspirated and wound up at Primary Children's Medical Center quite often for treatment, tests for delayed development, and tests for various ailments. I was so empathetic that I would feel sick when my son felt sick. 

I was so immersed in the energy of the situation, the spiritual energy, that I became very, very close to the veil. One night, I was so blessed to see loved ones watching me and my son, both at the foot of our beds. I knew them, so I was not afraid. Plus, I saw orbs of spirits who had not yet come to this earth. Fascinating and beautiful.
