Screen time changes the development of our brains. Did you know this? Yes! Children with over 2 hours of screen time per day, it is reported, received lower test scores on thinking and language tests. How do you combat this issue? I mean, screens are everywhere, right?!  Yes! My June Rocksbox came and it is as fabulous as ever. Each month, I get some amazing pieces in the mail. I get to try them and have an option to buy, or just send them back and try more items from my wish list.  Sometimes you come across something that is just plain genius and makes you wonder why it hasn't been done before because of the simplicity. This is what I found with Édam, Each Day A Moment.  Turmeric is one of the hot color Pantones for Spring/Summer 2019. It's bright, cheery, and also has deep color meaning. 
If you cover your dining table so that it stays nice like I do, you may also dislike the really plastic vinyl feel of many of the waterproof, spill proof tablecloths. Also like me, you may dislike the need to constantly wash fabric table cloths, and the lack of water proofing and stain proofing of those cloths.
  As temperatures heat up, so do the bright and beautiful colors of this season's fashion. One such color is Living Coral and it really has some positive meaning as well as positive feeling. Here's more on coral. 
Trying to create a versatile wardrobe can be a challenge for most people. Most of us buy things on purpose and with a vision of how they will fit together. Often our purchases do not include all of the ways these wardrobe items could be worn, styled, and/or all of the things we could wear or style them with.
