When nothing sounds good for dinner, sometimes you just need to create your own recipe. That’s what I did last night, using Moore’s Marinades & Sauces. Here are the deets. Ingredients: 4 Beef Eye of Round Steaks Salt and pepper Moore’s Teriyaki Marinade Moore’s Asian Wing Sauce 1 sweet onion 1 orange bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 2 carrots Whatever you want to serve it with I.e., rice or salad Instructions: 🏻Cube Steaks 🏻put cubed steak in bowl 🏻salt and pepper meat and mix 🏻mix 2 cups Teriyaki & 1/4 cup Wing 🏻pour mixture over meat and mix 🏻cover meat and refrigerate 1/2 hour 🏻cut up 1/2 sweet onion into 1/8 sections and break up 🏻cut up orange bell pepper into 1/2 inch pieces 🏻cut up red bell pepper into 1/2 inch pieces 🏻cut up yellow bell pepper into 1/2 inch pieces 🏻use pre-grated carrots or cut up carrots into small, thin pieces 🏻scoop meat out of sauce and put in pan after first putting a tablespoon of olive oil in the pan 🏻brown meat 🏻add veggies 🏻add as much of the teriyaki marinade left in the bottle as you like. 🏻once it is cooked, with the veggies cooked but still crisp, put this over white rice or a lovely green salad with tomatoes. Here's a video to help you out. It turns out spicy, depending on how much Asian Wing Sauce you add, so just be aware of that. Totally delicious!
