The practice uses 1:3. That is one complaint to three gratitude.

By practicing gratitude for this challenge (which you can start now, if you haven't already), you will notice a difference. A difference in the way you feel. A difference in the way you think. A difference in the way you act. A difference in the perception you have of your life.
